At Premier Dental, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of healthcare and dental services, our refund and return policy is limited. Refunds for dental treatments or services are only considered under specific circumstances and within 7 days of the service date.
To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be clinically significant and reviewed by our team. Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction related to personal preferences, non-compliance, or incomplete treatment plans.
Certain services and products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Completed dental procedures
- Customized dental appliances (aligners, crowns, dentures, etc.)
- Opened oral hygiene products
- Health and personal care items
Additional Non-Refundable Items
- Gift vouchers
- Digital reports or images (OPG, CBCT)
- Consultation charges
To request a refund review, a formal request along with your payment receipt must be submitted. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted only in the following situations:
- Treatments that were paid for in advance but not yet started
- Treatment interrupted due to valid medical contraindications (with documentation)
- Non-delivery of prepaid products due to clinic-side issues
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank or payment account.
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing may take time.

Sale Services
Promotional offers, discounted treatment packages, and sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on dental services. However, if a dental product provided is defective, we may replace it upon evaluation. Please email info@premierdental.com.np with your concern and visit the clinic for assessment.
Gifts
If services or products were purchased as a gift, any refund will be made to the original purchaser. Gift credit is not applicable unless explicitly issued by the clinic.
